   Dr. El-Faham earned his Master’s degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from L’Université Paul Sabatier, in Toulouse, France, after completing a 3 year residency program during which time he also served as a teaching assistant.
Dr. El-Faham is specialized in fixed and removable Orthodontics, Dentofacial Orthopedics, lingual and invisible Orthodontics. Dr. El-Faham is an Invisalign provider since 2010, an Incognito provider since 2009 and an Insignia provider since 2013.

In his professional development, Dr. El-Faham has attended numerous continuing education courses with Dr.Chris Chang in Taiwan, Dr.David Sarver in the USA, among other numerous international courses in Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, UK and Korea. All of which served to further enhance his skills and knowledge in his specialized area of practice.
