   AL AMAR is an Egyptian professional simple Company providing Professional consultancy services and sustainable solutions for multidisciplinary Engineering projects. AL AMAR was founded in 1995 with the aim to be ''Professionally classified in Africa and Middle East'' AL AMAR Headquarters is located in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt with projects spread all Over the Country; in addition to international work in Africa and the Middle East, covering several countries. e.g: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Sudan and Algeria.

ORGANIZATION

AL-AMAR Organization Chart, illustrated on the following figure, indicates the Relationship of the company's various divisions and departments. All components of this Chart contribute as needed to the successful implementation of the required Scope of Services for a Specific Project. The Organization Chart shows that AL AMAR has a number of technical and operating divisions. The corporate management staff and support functions consist of a number of departments; each is headed by a Manager reporting directly to the President and serves the divisions/departments. AL-AMAR is dedicated to Total Quality; it has a Quality Assurance and Audit programs Reporting directly to the Company President. This is to ensure the highest desirable Standards are maintained throughout AL AMAR assignments during the various phases of its projects.

PROJECT TEAMING

It is the policy of AL-AMAR to assign for each of its projects a dedicated team. According to the PMI Classification we are working under the balanced matrix organizational chart, the Team is composed of a group of skilled individuals assigned from various company Divisions on a full-time basis as required, who perform their respective duties in Accordance with the planned schedule and budget. The Project Team is headed by a Project Manager responsible for directing the daily activities of the project. All members Of the Team, whilst responsible to the Project Manager for all matters related to the Project; remain responsible to their functional Managers for quality and conformity of Design standards and practices with those adopted in the Company Manuals.
