   A luxury mansion along the beautiful Red Sea coast, the adults-only La Maison Bleue Hotel offers guests a royal escape to the serene corners of El Gouna and is the brainchild of the late interior designer Amr Khalil, who established the estate to resemble the home of an imaginary 19th century Levantine merchant.

Inspired by Saint Mark’s Basilica of Venice, the pastel-blue shades of the Venetian façade are complimented by white accents, French windows and wooden touches. Stepping into the opulent mansion, guests are met with handpicked antiques, marblewood floors and colorful detailing that all reflect the fusion of architectural influences from Italy, Turkey, Syria and North Africa with a touch of European flair. A cozy fireplace creates an intimate environment amidst the elegant furniture spanning from the 18th to 20th centuries, decorated by hanging paintings that are a reproduction of Menoan murals from Santorin.

La Maison Bleue is home to 11 spacious suites that each exude their own distinct character, where guests are welcomed on a Bed and Breakfast basis that is not restricted by time to ensure they feel right at home.
