The company was established in 1976, its authorized capital is 900 Million pounds and issued and paid capital is currently 875 Million ُEGP and all shares fully belong to the Egyptian Government through the Holding Company for Tourism And Hotels.

Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino.
Shepheard hotel Cairo.
Mena House in Giza .
Palestine Hotel in El montazah palace in Alexandria.
Sofitel Winter Palace hotel in Luxor.
Legend Old Cataract hotel in Aswan and floating resturant as well.
